I really like the layout of the cards and it is easy to remember
I did not want to spend hours sitting through a long online course when I needed something focused and practical. These flashcards gave me exactly that. I could sit down for 20 minutes, work through a section, separate the ones I missed, and immediately know where I needed more review. The physical format helped me stay off my phone and avoid distractions. No logging in, no endless videos, no trying to remember where I left off in a course. Just open the box and study. If you want a straightforward way to actively prepare for the Part 107 exam, these cards are a great option.
I bought an online course first and it was helpful for explanations, but I realized I was not retaining as much as I thought. I would watch the videos, feel like I understood the topic, then struggle when I had to remember the information later. These flashcards fixed that problem. The question-and-answer format forced me to recall airspace, weather, regulations, and chart concepts without answer choices in front of me. That made the information stick. I still think courses can be useful, but these cards were what actually made me study. They gave me a simple daily system and helped me feel much more prepared for the exam.

In my experience its best to go through each section in small chunks with periodic breaks to internalize everything. Some study strategies that worked for me is starting out going through every section then dividing them into categories such as what you know, what you may need to review and what you don't know. It may be useful to set some slips of paper to divide these categories per section.
When studying it is beneficial to watch videos corresponding to what questions you are having trouble in. I think that putting things in your own words is helpful too. I tend to use Notepad to write the questions down then type the answers to them in my own understanding while using the cards as reference. Afterwords by going over the cards and answering questions vocally I found it helps make the knowledge stick.
Great flashcards! Definitely reviews everything necessary for the ground portion of an instrument checkride. Wish It included the helicopter specific things as well though.
These are great cards. I’m working on private pilot right now and it will be great to have the other two sets as I go along in my aviation journey. I love that they have the regulation references at the bottom of the cards and applicable questions such as decoding TAF’s and scenario based.
I think an area of improvement would be to get a little more specific on the PPL requirements needed.
I would add minimum flight hours required, cross-country hours, night time flights in order for the certification rather than must be 17 years old, read and speak English. However, it’s a minor suggestion because the cards do have the reference at the bottom

I spent too much time trying to build my own study system from free materials. Once I got these cards, I realized this was what I needed from the beginning. The deck gave me structure, accountability, and a way to actively test myself. It made studying more efficient, more focused, and much less stressful. I would absolutely buy them again.

I purchased the flash cards for the private pilot studies. These cards are a very good source of information in a short and concise form. Trying to read through longer material is sometimes harder to retain. These cards pin point the topic and explain it in a way that makes it easier to retain for me.
So I passed my ppl checkride the first try a few weeks ago 6/25/26. I ordered these cards roughly 2 months prior. I did about 100 questions at a time. After a few trips through the cards I pulled out just the ones I had difficulty with and concentrated on those till I understood them and could answer them. Then the last week I went back to doing the whole deck. Between these cards and my instructor and gold seal ground school the checkride oral was honestly easy….. not that I’m smart, but I was prepared thanks in part to these cards. I’ve just started my instrument and will definitely be ordering the instrument set of cards as well. My only complaint…. The sides of the bottom box are too high!!!! Hahaha. I took a knife and cut about 1/2-3/4” off so I can grab the sides of the cards and pull them out much easier!!!
I’m honestly really impressed with how detailed this set is. I’ve not taken my test just yet but it definitely helps when I’m shot random questions in flight by my instructor and so I know this set is amazing for reviewing and getting ready for the big test! Highly recommend!
